Designer Engineer (Civil Background)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Designer Engineer with a strong Civil Engineering background to support structural design, technical drawings, and engineering requirements for building maintenance and contracting projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of UAE building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate structural drawings, layouts, and technical details.
• Work closely with Operations and Site teams to provide engineering solutions.
• Review project specifications, materials, and structural requirements.
• Assist in planning renovations, refurbishments, and modification works.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and safety standards.
• Provide design revisions and updates based on project needs.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in civil/structural design.
• Experience in building maintenance or contracting projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Good understanding of UAE regulations and building codes.
• Optional Advantage: Dubai Municipality (DM) License (G+1 to G+4).
