Designer/ fabricator - CNC & acrylic specialist

We are a luxury event styling and décor company, specializing in bespoke event setups, custom-made designs, and high-end finishes. We are looking for a talented and hands-on designer who not only understands creative event production but also has technical knowledge in CNC machines, acrylic work, and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC cutting machines, laser cutting machines, and acrylic bending/shaping machines.
• Design and prepare files for CNC and acrylic production (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator, or similar).
• Work with acrylic, MDF, wood, and other fabrication materials.
• Supervise and execute fabrication of stands, event props, and custom décor pieces.
• Ensure precision and high-quality finishing in all production work.
• Collaborate with the design and event team to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain equipment and oversee workshop organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC machine operation and acrylic work.
• Strong knowledge of acrylic bending, polishing, and assembly techniques.
• Ability to prepare and optimize design files for production.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication materials (MDF, acrylic, wood, PVC, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and finishing.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
