Designer & Graphics Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer & Graphics Specialist to support branding, digital design, UI/UX, and multimedia content creation across multiple platforms and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze design requirements from stakeholders and end users

• Analyze current brand assets and identify opportunities for visual improvement and optimization

• Prepare brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms

• Design high-fidelity UI/UX interfaces and digital assets using Figma

• Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects

• Translate business and marketing requirements into impactful visual solutions

• Evaluate existing brand materials and propose modern creative enhancements

• Coordinate with development and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of designs

• Participate in design reviews, testing, and feedback sessions

• Provide post-design support including editable source files and templates

• Prepare reports related to project progress, design trends, and creative challenges

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of branding methodologies and UI/UX principles

• Proficiency in Figma , Adobe After Effects , and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in motion graphics, digital storytelling, and multimedia design

• Familiarity with Canva for content creation and template management

• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills

• Ability to create clear visual documentation and design systems

• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Proficiency in Arabic and English

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or UI Designer

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with web developers

• Basic understanding of video editing and animation principles
