Nike’s APLA Geo Express Lane (GEL) Design team is dedicated to shaping the future of apparel through innovative graphic design, connecting with fast-evolving global consumers. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As Designer II, Apparel Graphic Design Express Lane APLA, you’ll collaborate with teams across Nike—including designers, developers, product managers, and APLA geography experts—to deliver creative concepts that embody Nike’s design ethos. This role requires effective teamwork to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and communicate your vision. By partnering with leaders in Color, Material, Graphic, and Product Design, you’ll help create trend-driven graphics that resonate globally and strengthen consumer connections.

We're seeking a vibrant Graphic Designer II to energize the APLA Express Lane team and create original, trend-setting graphics for Nike. You'll craft compelling visual stories that capture the spirit of Tokyo, Seoul, and Mexico City, connecting deeply with local Athletes*. Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers, passionate about design and local culture, thrive in fast-paced collaboration, and bring powerful, emotionally resonant ideas to life—ready to make an impact across Asia Pacific and Latin America!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Join our team to help define Nike APLA Express Lane by designing innovative men’s and women’s graphics focused on athletic needs. You’ll create original graphics, patterns, prints, and trims that showcase speed, style, and cultural relevance, collaborating with teams across Apparel Graphics, Footwear Color & Materials, Product Management, and Development to deliver seasonal designs.
Your daily tasks will include researching consumer trends, especially local market insights; building mood boards and concept presentations; sketching and refining graphics; ensuring design precision through cross-functional collaboration; and working directly with development and manufacturing partners for graphic accuracy and quality.
