 As a Graphic Designer, you’re the cornerstone for aesthetics and visual excellence for each pre sales engagement that you are a part of.
 
 Apart from being a visual storyteller, you’re a creative who can catch every single misalignment, enjoy playing around with colour palettes, experiment with grids and concepts, passionate about typography, illustrations and style guides, possess a good understanding of visual principles.
 
  Responsibilities
  
- 
   Have a robust understanding of the design process and its application
  
- 
   Collaborate with internal teams & clients to designing the presentations
  
- 
   Experiment and develop original visual creatives
  
- 
   Bring inspired ideas to the table and guiding those ideas through to fruition with extreme attention to detail
  
- 
   You may need to work closely with UST’s team that may include Product Owners, Delivery managers, Designers, Account manager, Executive leadership
  
- 
   Collaborate with the engineering team and ensure the integrity of original design is maintained
  
- 
   Be willing to align your output to existing brand guidelines and patterns
  
- 
   Experiment with the latest design practices, tools & techniques
  
- 
   Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects Requirements
  
- 
   Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or 2+ equivalent experience in Design domain
  
- 
   2+ years of industry experience
  
- 
   An online portfolio with latest projects showcasing abilities across a wide range of platforms. Share password if protected or be willing to showcase the work during the interview
  
- 
   Candidates must have working knowledge of design methods & techniques
  
- 
   Proficiency with tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.
