Designer II - Graphics
Reporting to the Design Manager or equivalent, the Designer II creates industry leading apparel/headwear/graphic designs that are on brief, on trend, on time, and embody '47 brand DNA.
PRODUCT/MARKET
- Fluent in relevant market apparel, headwear, graphics style trends.
- Create and produce new apparel/headwear/graphic designs based on creative brief that align to larger '47 Brand product creative direction with some supervision from Design leadership.
- Concept, design, and execute product designs that meet creative brief criteria with some supervision from Design Manager.
CRAFT/MANUFACTURING
- Strong working knowledge of relevant design software.
- Fluent ins at least some apparel, headwear, graphic manufacturing processes and techniques.
ORGANIZATION/PROCESS
- Possesses a working understanding of company processes as they relate to the creation and production of product.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Able to self-manage design projects with some input from Design Manger
PEOPLE/LEADERSHIP
- No direct reports.
- Works to develop a relationship with cross functional partners.
COMMUNICATION/INFLUENCE
- Able to present work confidently at internal reviews and critiques
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
