Job Summary
Job Description
Design and develop training solutions to drive and support sales and commercial onboarding, sales enablement and performance, and process and digital technology adoption. This role will work cross functionally to research, create and implement learning and development strategies and initiatives based on adult learning principles.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with key stakeholders – including Sales Training Directors and Managers, business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) – to assess current and future training needs, develop learning objectives and requirements, and recommend effective training deliverables and solutions.
Design and develop training content, including blended learning solutions, eLearning/microlearning courses, and in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions.
Apply adult learning principles, concepts, and instructional design methodology to promote adoption and retention of training content.
Promote accessibility and quality standards for training content created by Sales Training, and champion alternative training approaches that benefit the sales force and other targeted audiences across the commercial organization.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to facilitators to improve presentation skills and overall engagement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Business, Communications, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience designing and developing blended learning solutions, digital courses (eLearning/microlearning), and in-person and virtual sessions. Prior experience collaborating with subject matter experts to understand content and learning objectives and requirements.
Knowledge and application of training needs analysis, design, development, delivery and measurement.
Project management skills – ability to oversee training projects, and coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders.
Experience developing training assets such as design documents, assessments and competencies guidelines, presentation decks (PowerPoints), leader and participant guides, and handouts/ job-aids.
Ability to coach presenters on facilitation skills for in-person and virtual training sessions.
Involvement in digital training creation, such as building quizzes, simulations, audio/video production, and photo editing.
Intermediate skill level with rapid development tools – such as Articulate Storyline and Rise – and other multimedia creation tools – such as 7taps, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Snagit.
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with exposure to Copilot or other AI tools that help streamline workflows.
Knowledge of emerging AI and learning technologies.
Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes – within state and out of state.
Preferred Requirements
Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Communications, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
Experience applying emerging AI and learning technologies.
Experience / portfolio of examples includes training related to digital technology.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$79,560.00 - $115,440.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
