We are located in Edgewater, FL and service all of Central Florida.

This is a full-time, commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.

Role Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing both existing clients and new incoming leads. You’ll represent Havens with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring client needs are understood and accurately communicated to our production team. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, consistent follow-through, and drive to exceed sales goals.

Training & Pay Structure:

• Paid training program - will provide product knowledge, sales strategy, and hands-on learning of our production flow.
• The first 30 days is the paid training program (in office 20 hours per week)
• Training is paid as a W2 employee at $20 per hour
• After training, compensation transitions to a commission-only structure with unlimited growth opportunity based on performance.

30-Day Evaluation – Sink or Swim
After 30 days, you will either Sink or Swim. If you Swim, you are on point with our expectations and will receive Team Gear (hats & shirts). If you Sink, you will be released from employment before or at the 30-day mark.

90-Day Evaluation – Performance
After Sink or Swim, the 90-day performance review period begins, and this is your opportunity to increase pay based on your score. If you thrive, your compensation will grow.
