We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented IT Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with user experience thinking and a solid understanding of modern design tools and development constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and internal IT systems.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
• Optimize user experience based on analytics, feedback, and performance data.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Web Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts (preferred).
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics.
• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or e-commerce platforms.
