Designer & Social Media Lead

STAGE FITNESS is looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to support our brand visuals and social presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, content creation, and being part of a fast-moving, premium fitness environment.

You will work closely with the team to maintain and elevate the STAGE brand across digital and in-gym touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Working On :

Graphic Design & Visuals

• Designing daily social media posts and campaign creatives
• Preparing print-ready materials (flyers, uniforms, merchandise, stickers, packaging)
• Creating presentation decks for events and partnerships
• Designing workout program visuals for screens
• Supporting basic motion/animated graphics when needed

Social Media & Content

• Assisting with monthly content calendars
• Creating mood boards and collaborating with the videography team
• Helping plan and coordinate content shoots
• Maintaining a clean, aligned, and premium-looking social grid
• Supporting promotional campaigns and Meta ads
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong graphic design skills and a professional portfolio
• Great attention to detail (especially typography and layout)
• Aesthetic sense that aligns with a premium fitness brand
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
• Understanding of social media management and paid ads

This is a full-time position based in Doha.
