Designer/Content Producer

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Designer/Content Producer to join our Grid & Energy Services team to help build and scale our marketing and content presence from the ground up. The Grid & Energy Services team within Qcells develops advanced energy solutions that support grid modernization for utilities and large energy customers (such as data centers and commercial asset owners). The ideal candidate will have experience in design, content production, and pitch decks and will work closely with our marketing and sales departments.

This position will be based out of Houston, Texas OR Santa Clara, California and can be remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Capture: Capture photos and videos at events, executive engagements, and key company moments
• Content Production: Produce content optimized for digital and social media (eg-LinkedIn); Create visual assets to support articles, thought leadership and long-form content
• Design Execution: Create high-quality visual assets including executive presentations, sales decks, event material and digital content. Translate complex ideas and data into clear, compelling visual formats
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and leadership teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in design, content production, visual design
• Experience with photo and video content capture for events/storytelling.
• Experience creating marketing/sales collateral (decks, 1-pagers, videos, social media posts, etc).
• 20% Travel may be required depending on business needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting executive communication or B2B/enterprise marketing
• Familiarity with energy, technology OR AI-related industries
• Experience working within OR extending a defined design system

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
