Designer/Project Manager

Overview
Metz Builders Inc. is a Custom Home Builder seeking to hire a self-motivated Designer/ Project Manager. Two years’ experience in construction management or design is preferred.

This person will assist the owner in meeting with our potential customers, preparing plans, estimates and contracts. The successful applicant will be trained to work with 2026 SoftPlan architectural design software, previous experience not required, but proficiency with Excel and Word is required. We need someone who is a passionate self-starter that is equipped with exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and accuracy to be able to work with our company. This position is a full-time position based out of our Duncansville, PA location

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift- will consider part-time- minimum 6 hour/ day
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Duncanville, PA 16635 Some part time remote may be possible after training is completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
