Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and imaginative designer with a strong passion for creative visualization and design execution across both print and digital platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality marketing and branding materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, magazines, social media creatives, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Develop original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings.

Work closely with the Brand Guardian/Art Director to enhance conceptual design ideas and execute engaging, user-friendly visuals.

Maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, layout, and illustration.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies and trends, particularly in digital and print media.
Role Requirements

Strong understanding of branding and marketing communication across print and digital media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Expertise in Photoshop compositing for marketing materials, including posters, tent cards, standees, EDMs, and digital mailers.

Strong typography skills, particularly in title creation and rendering for packaging, branding, or promotional materials.

Excellent English comprehension and writing skills to independently assess briefs, research strategies, and develop creative concepts.

Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Integrity and accountability – taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining open communication.
Preferred Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency, media house, or marketing team.

Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital designs, including branding, marketing collaterals, and social media creatives.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) with a strong focus on compositing and typography.

Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms, understanding the nuances of each.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.

Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
