Role of Product Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web platforms, Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product enhancements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Maintain design consistency by contributing to Lenskart’s design system and brand guidelines
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet all deadlines
• 2+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
