- Provide 100% onsite desktop support for an Oil & Gas domain company in Arlington, VA.
- Promote a positive customer experience by maintaining personal interaction with clients.
- Assess and determine end-user technical needs and requirements.
- Respond to and resolve help desk inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support both Apple (Mac) and Windows user environments.
- Utilize JAMF for Apple device management.
- Provide support for Office 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot and support Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and effective technical solutions.
- Apply working knowledge of TCP/IP networking to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
- (Preferred) Support IT technology specific to Oil & Gas or LNG Plant environments.
- (Preferred) Apply Apple (ACMT/ACiT) and Windows Desktop certifications as needed.
