Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard applications.

· Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system within defined SLAs.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

· Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.

· Support user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights).

· Ensure endpoint security through antivirus, updates, and compliance policies.

· Document technical issues, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles.

· Coordinate with IT infrastructure/network teams for escalated issues.

· Assist with onboarding and setting up IT equipment for new employees.

· Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, etc: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems : 1 year (Preferred)
