Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Engineer to join our IT support team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing end-user technical support, maintaining desktop systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and standard applications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Handle system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates
• Support Active Directory tasks such as user account creation, password resets, and group policy updates
• Manage email clients (Outlook) and basic Office 365 support
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
• Maintain documentation for IT assets, incidents, and resolutions
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in desktop / IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools
• Familiarity with MS Office, Office 365, and email troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts if required

Preferred Qualifications

• IT-related certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent)
• Experience working in corporate IT or service desk environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
