Job Purpose:
As a member of the Technology department (working in the Infrastructure team), this position primarily configures, deploys, and supports deskside technologies and related hardware/software. This includes computers, their associated peripherals, productivity software, VoIP phones, cell phones, network printers. Additionally, this position will deploy and support onsite network equipment and cabling as well as be an escalation point from our helpdesk requiring more advanced support and troubleshooting.

Essential Functions:
- Configuration and deployment of endpoint assets (such as desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, etc.)
- Create and maintain software packages for our end-point management solution
- Upgrade deskside equipment to ensure the latest technology is available to our customers.
- Configure productivity software to meet the needs of business users.
- Train and instruct employees on properly using provided technology products and services.
- Work with other team members to complete projects and cross-train.
- Remediate any non-compliant configurations on managed deskside assets.
- Assist management in defining standard solutions for asset deployment
- Support telecommunication systems and infrastructure (i.e., cabling, network rack, patch panels, etc.)
- Track and maintain asset inventory across multiple locations.
- Travel to remote sites as required for work.
Be an advocate for the customer to ensure their needs are taken care of.

Education – High school or equivalent GED preferred
Experience – Experience in supporting Microsoft / office d365 hosted solutions, Meraki equipment and dashboard, Nextiva, Intune, and a working knowledge of PowerShell
