Position : Desktop Support Analyst

Duration : 6-month contract, this will convert to full time.

• Conversion Salary: $65,000-$85,000 - this depends on experience.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX- on site 5 days a week!

schedule: 5 days a week ONSITE, hours 7am-4pm (9x80 schedule)

MUST-HAVE:

• Experience supporting Windows OS environments and setting up PC devices
• Experience building laptops/desktops (windows 10 or newer)
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software related issues
• Workstation support (printers, physical desktops, scanners, phones, etc.)
• Experience providing direct (remote or in-person) technical support to customers
• Experience with using and supporting Microsoft 365 products and services, including MS Teams and SharePoint

PLUSSES:

• Experience using ServiceNow for tracking incidents and requests
• Experience using Microsoft SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, any automation
• Experience leveraging AI

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our Endpoint Services Team in Corpus Christi, TX . This position will allow the opportunity to support internal customers both remotely and in person with various different hardware/software related issues. You will be responsible for setting up and supporting Windows workstations and peripheral devices (e.g., monitors, docking stations, etc.), VoIP phones and conference room technologies, occasionally installing (rack/cable) servers and network switches, etc. This is a customer facing role, where you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customer, peers, and suppliers. You will also be working hand in hand with neighboring infrastructure teams and will likely be able to grow your professional skills in networking, servers, cybersecurity, etc.
