Job Description: L1 Deskside support \Remote engineer.
Job Type: Full-Time \FTE
Experience Level: 2 Years
Shift: 24/5 Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of user-reported issues and ensure timely resolution within
agreed service levels.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open support requests efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by asking targeted questions and
identifying root causes.
- Escalate unresolved or complex problems following standard procedures to the
appropriate internal teams or Service Manager.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to users throughout the support process.
- Follow up to ensure user systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Log all support activities and issue details accurately in ServiceNow.
- Install and troubleshoot software and applications on end-user systems.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for network and proxy-related issues.
- Document technical solutions and procedures in the form of notes or manuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

Windows OS and Mac OS
Office 365 and Microsoft applications
Remote desktop tools
Network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Added Advantage:
- CCNA, MCSA or Azure certification.
