Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Support: Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair IT infrastructure (computers, printers, peripherals).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software (OS, applications), and network connectivity issues.
• Installation & Configuration: Set up new equipment, install operating systems, and configure software.
• User Assistance: Provide technical guidance and training to end-users in person or remotely.
• Maintenance: Perform system updates, apply patches, and manage backups.
• Documentation: Log support tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and maintain inventory.
• Network Support: Troubleshoot wired/wireless network issues and ensure consistent operation.
