Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining desktops/laptops, and supporting end-users with hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Support user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, email).
• Document incidents and solutions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams for escalations and system upgrades.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in desktop or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
