Academic Mentor

We are looking for a proactive and organised Academic Mentor who can support daily academic activities and help us create a productive learning environment for our students and teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor & record teachers attendance
• Coordinate with students for schedules, updates and academic needs
• Observe classroom sessions & support quality improvement
• Arrange classes and manage daily timetables
• Handle substitution classes when teachers are absent
• Attend academic meetings & maintain records
• Assist with student/parent for fee collection

Requirements:

• Comfortable interacting with students, teachers and parents
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• A proactive problem solver who can handle last-minute changes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
