Immediate Hiring – Academic Coordinator (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Birla Open Minds International School invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and passionate education professionals for the position of Academic Coordinator to lead and strengthen our academic excellence. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria

• Postgraduate in any subject with B.Ed
• 4–8 years of teaching experience
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role (Academic Coordinator / HOD / Vice Principal)
• Experience in CBSE curriculum preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance academic delivery across all grades
• Conduct classroom observations and mentor teachers
• Ensure quality lesson planning, assessments, and academic records
• Lead teacher training and professional development initiatives
• Support the Principal in academic planning, reviews, and audits
• Strengthen parent communication and improve student outcomes

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of CBSE pedagogy and curriculum
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Good planning, documentation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with digital academic tools and platforms
