Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Support users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and basic Active Directory tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, printer, and network connectivity issues
- Handle ticketing system updates and ensure timely closure of support requests as per SLA
- Perform system formatting, software installations, upgrades, and patch updates
- Configure and support IP phones, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and shared drives
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including system setup and user account creation
- Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for issue escalation when required
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities
- Provide remote and onsite support to users across office locations
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity practicesTechnical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or CompTIA A+ preferred
- UAE experience will be an added advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred for field support roles

- Basic understanding of antivirus and endpoint security solutions
- Experience using ticketing/helpdesk systems
- Remote support experience using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar tools
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
