Location: UAE
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common software applications
  • Support users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and basic Active Directory tasks
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, printer, and network connectivity issues
  • Handle ticketing system updates and ensure timely closure of support requests as per SLA
  • Perform system formatting, software installations, upgrades, and patch updates
  • Configure and support IP phones, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and shared drives
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including system setup and user account creation
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for issue escalation when required
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities
  • Provide remote and onsite support to users across office locations
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity practicesTechnical Skills Required
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or CompTIA A+ preferred
  • UAE experience will be an added advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred for field support roles

  • Knowledge of Active Directory user management and password resets
  • Familiarity with printers, scanners, biometric devices, and endpoint devices
  • Basic understanding of antivirus and endpoint security solutions
  • Experience using ticketing/helpdesk systems
  • Remote support experience using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar tools

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
