Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows) and applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
  • Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in accordance with IT policies.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus checks.
  • Support remote users via remote desktop tools or VPN.
  • Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support or vendors when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and security.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security and data protection policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
