Desktop Support Level 2

We are a staffing agency hiring on behalf of the U.S.–based Field Services Network (FSN). We are seeking experienced Desktop Support Level 2 professionals to deliver hands-on IT support, resolve technical issues, and keep users productive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, hardware, software, VPN, and network issues. Support Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira, and provide responsive Tier 2 support.

Requirements
Proven Desktop/IT Support experience and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship availability will be discussed during the interview process. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
