About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Paralegal to support attorneys in active case management, legal drafting, and document preparation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured legal environment and wants long-term growth within a litigation-focused firm. Our Paralegals are not simply paper pushers. Paralegals at Mister Wolf, P.C. are expected to bring a level of passion for the law, a desire to learn more about it, and collaborate with the Attorneys and Partners whom they support to achieve the overall goal of assisting our clients. This role is for someone who is intent on maximizing their abilities in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal correspondence (Letters of Representation, demand letters, dispute letters)
• Assist in preparing case files for attorney review
• Track case stages and deadlines
• Maintain organized digital case files
• Communicate professionally with clients and third parties
• Ensure compliance with internal workflow timelines
• Support attorneys with document review and case preparation

• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable managing multiple active cases
• Professional and proactive
• Experience in civil litigation, employment law, and/or consumer protection advocacy is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Civil Litigation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Employment Law: 1 year (Preferred)
• Consumer Protection Advocacy: 1 year (Preferred)
• Drafting legal correspondence: 1 year (Preferred)
