Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Officer with 1–2 years of experience to provide technical support and maintain IT systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of desktop troubleshooting and basic server handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day desktop and IT support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in monitoring and controlling servers
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and peripherals
• Ensure smooth IT operations and user support

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in desktop support
• Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and server control
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
