This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Assistant at Enrichers Investment Group (Lahore Office).

Office Timings (5 Days/Week)

· 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Females)

· 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Males)

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

Respond to and resolve daily IT queries from staff (hardware, software, and network issues).

Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

VOIP Troubleshooting.

Monitor and maintain VOIP systems to ensure uninterrupted communication.

Diagnose and resolve VOIP-related connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.

Coordinate with vendors or service providers when necessary.

Software Installation & Maintenance

Install, configure, and update software applications across the organization.

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and organizational policies.

Assist in maintaining system security through regular updates and patches.

System Administration Support

Support IT team in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software.

Document technical processes and maintain logs of support requests.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).

Experience with VOIP systems (configuration and troubleshooting).

Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
