Minimum of High School Diploma required, Associate Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT related field coursework and/or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems, as well as common desktop applications. Must be able to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel while providing excellent customer service. Attention to detail and excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage of $10,000/$20,000/$10,000 are required.
