Position is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the Onco360's desktop infrastructure environments including image creation, installation, upgrades, high-level troubleshooting, patching, and software deployment; maintenance of core technologies including but not limited to All Microsoft Products, AD, and IT troubleshooting.
Candidates will be supporting internal users by working through a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve both software and hardware issues. Daily responsibilities include Imaging, desktop audits, inventory management, asset tracking, desktop refreshes, software installs, remote accesses, and configurations.
Providing Tier 3 support and consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop based.
LAN systems software. Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains systems for inventory, asset and license management, O/S image and driver deployment, software deployment and packaging, client encryption, and automation.
