Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing & Dispatch In-Charge with extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and dispatch operations in the electrical or harness industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the production workflow, ensure timely dispatch of goods, and maintain quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production workflow.

Manage dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.

Maintain inventory, track stock levels, and ensure proper documentation for dispatch.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Lead and manage the manufacturing and dispatch team effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in manufacturing and dispatch management, preferably in the electrical or harness industry.

Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
