They are currently seeking a dedicated Destination Marketing Manager to develop and lead the destination’s marketing strategy with the goal of enhancing the destination’s image, increasing visitor numbers, improving engagement, and building long-term brand loyalty—aligned with the company’s vision and development objectives based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications or a master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Tourism Development, or Destination Management is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or destination development sectors
  • Experience working with Saudi tourism bodies such as the Ministry of Tourism, SCTH, or related Vision 2030 initiatives is a strong plus
  • Background in marketing for large-scale projects, giga-projects (e.g., NEOM, Diriyah, Red Sea Global), or public-private tourism partnerships preferred
