Detail Draughtsman – Interior Fit-Out Company (UAE)

We are looking for a skilled Detail Draughtsman with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery drawings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical detailing, shop drawings, and coordination between design and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and construction documentation for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
• Review design intent drawings and translate them into precise working drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority standards, and client requirements.
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain up-to-date records for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or SketchUp knowledge is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience in a fit-out or joinery contracting company in the UAE.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
