Developer BI

We are looking for a detail-focused and experienced BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with Power BI and Tableau, along with advanced SQL skills. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Build and manage ETL processes to ensure reliable and timely data flow
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions
• Improve performance and scalability of BI reports and database queries
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and reporting issues efficiently
• Collaborate with data engineers and development teams to improve data pipelines
• Maintain proper documentation for data models, dashboards, and reporting workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a BI Developer or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
• Advanced SQL expertise (including joins, CTEs, query optimization, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail with a focus on data quality
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of DAX (Power BI) and Tableau calculations
• Experience working with data pipelines or big data technologies
• Understanding of business areas like finance, sales, or operations analytics
