THE ROLE


Maintenance – Wealth and Technology handle end-to-end delivery of client maintenance issues. Adherence to client SLAs, quick turnaround of issues and continuous quality improvement are key to this ART. You will be involved in the maintenance activities of Application Framework (AFW).
AFW forms the core of Transact which provides the framework for transaction processing, COB/services processing and session management. This team provides an opportunity to understand the workings of Transact at the core level

Our systems are built on a proprietary language developed in-house, and your work will involve writing and maintaining code within that environment



OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will Participate in Scrum calls, Scrum Retrospection (e.g., development, testing, automation, workarounds). Ensure all deliverables are developed properly with expected quality.
  • You will Analyze client defects, liaise with PACS, project or other product team(s) to replicate the issue, troubleshoot / debug the problem, and identify the root cause to get it fixed as part of product maintenance lifecycle.
  • You will Analyze client business requirements, liaise with PACS/project team(s) or other product team(s) and produce necessary fixes/documentation for addressing the requirements. Be involved actively across all stages of SDLC.
  • You will Act in an engineering model with passion for both coding and test automations.
  • You will Follow the software development lifecycle from inception through analysis, engineering, testing and deployment.
  • You will Manage prioritization proactively, providing the best solution/fix in a timely fashion.


SKILLS

  • BE/BTech graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Core Banking development/maintenance/implementation with any programming language SQL or other relational databases experiences with expertise in Atlassian SDLC suite
  • You should have True One-Engineer attitude with passion for both coding and testing with ability to work independently with internal and external parties
  • You should have Strong practical, working knowledge of Agile SDLC is essential
  • You should have knowledge of Security principles, authentication & authorization
  • Optional skills which will be an added advantage: Working experience in Webservices, Rest APIs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud & microservices
  • Soft Skills & Professional Attributes - Good stakeholder management, extremely organized, time-management skills & strong documentation/ analysis skills
