
Developer CRM

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Customize CRM workflows, modules, dashboards, and reports.
- Integrate CRM systems with third-party tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure CRM optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM usage.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM development.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, database management, and integrations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or SQL.
- Good understanding of business processes and customer data management.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based & Local server CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of data migration and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
