Mandatory Skills:

• Understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Global Order Promising, and Oracle Purchasing Cloud.
• Exposure to Oracle BI Publisher for report generation and customization.
• Some hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Applications, ideally in a support or analyst role.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SCM process flows and module configurations.
• Awareness of FBDI templates and basic integration concepts, including REST APIs.

Key Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain or related ERP systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture and SCM modules.
• Ability to assist in analyzing business processes and resolving support issues under guidance.
• Exposure to Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Planning modules.
• Basic experience with BI Publisher reports and their configuration.
• Comfortable working with end users and stakeholders in a support environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in areas like Visual BUilder Studio, Functional Areas and technical tools with Oracle Fusion Cloudrking in ticketing systems and understanding of SLAs.
