Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

• Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation Tools.

• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other custom UI components.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

• Support Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems.

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint ceremonies.

• Provide UAT and post-deployment support.

• Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases and platform capabilities.

Must Have Skills:

• 3–5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Auto-Launched, Screen Flows).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices.

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).

• Expertise in Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and App Builder.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with onshore/offshore teams and business stakeholders.

• Salesforce Certifications:

  • Mandatory: Platform Developer I, App Builder.

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to Experience Cloud (Community).

• Familiarity with Agentforce and Data Cloud.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Certifications (Desirable):

  • Platform Developer II

  • JavaScript Developer

  • Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)

  • Latest Certifications (AI Associate / Data Cloud / Agentforce Specialist).

Key Role Requirement:

Senior-level developers should be able to explain end-to-end configuration and implementation for projects they have delivered and demonstrate expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (through both code and configuration).
