  Role Proficiency:Develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Developer Outcomes:1. Work with project team to develop unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects2. Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.3.
