Strong Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release management Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges. Provide on-going technical assistance, handling incident tickets on a priority basis, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations Develop and implement new functionality determined necessary to support ITIL processes. Smart IT knowledge & experience Must be able to troubleshoot application logs (SQL, API, Filter, Active Links etc.) and provide solutions. Preventative maintenance, such as performance tuning, archiving. Should understand Helix architecture. Strong knowledge of Foundation Data Strong Hands on Experience on Architecture, Design & Implementation, Development & Customization, Integration & Automations, Innovation Studio, Discovery, Smart IT, DWPC Advanced, Helix Dashboard & DWPC connectors Able to configure Complex SRDs Good knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, Approval Flow Experience and hands on with Web Service & Rest API integration is must.
