Role Overview:
The Solution Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective solutions. This role involves analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and supporting solution design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and assist in solution design.
Support development, testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support post-implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of business process modeling tools.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
