We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and AI/ML systems, including a deep understanding of LLMs and MLOps best practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex problems using cutting-edge AI technologies and has a proven track record of successfully delivering impactful ML/AI solutions from research to production.

You will lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML systems, including LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and API integration to power next-gen intelligent applications.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

• Implement and optimize LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.

• Write clean, efficient, and modular Python code for model development, training, and inference.

• Develop and expose RESTful APIs for seamless model integration into business applications.

• Apply MLOps best practices including model versioning, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines for ML, monitoring, and governance.

• Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines using cloud-native or containerized environments.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and research to define and execute on AI strategy.

• Explore and implement AI Agents and intelligent decision-making systems powered by LLMs.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and LLM frameworks and apply them in real-world use cases.

• 6+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python with best practices in software development (modular code, testing, version control).

• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), and prompt engineering.

• Hands-on experience deploying GenAI solutions in production environments.

• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, MLOps pipelines, and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).

• Experience building and deploying REST APIs for ML/AI model consumption.

• Familiarity with AI agents, LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and autonomous workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML workloads.

• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and embeddings.

• Exposure to privacy, fairness, and security in AI systems.

• Publications or patents in the field of AI/ML or Generative AI.
