Job Title

Solution Analyst - PCC Upgrade (Configuration & UI Customization)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Solution Analyst to support a PCC upgrade program, with direct responsibility for importing solutions, cleaning up unsupported components, configuring PCC features, and delivering UI, rules, and reporting changes.

This role is hands-on in PCC Studio and requires strong understanding of entities, views, caselists, rules, and UI behavior. This is not a documentation-only or business-facing analyst role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Import & Upgrade Cleanup

• Import existing solutions into PCC Studio post-upgrade.
• Identify and delete unsupported or deprecated components impacted by the upgrade.
• Validate that solution deployment is successful across environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues.

2. Core Solution Configuration

• Perform basic solution configuration, including:
• Account Types
• Gender
• Country and reference data
• Ensure configurations align with upgraded PCC standards and behaviors.

3. Entity & Data Modeling

• Configure and validate:
• Entity Model
• Entity Composition
• Create and maintain:
• Data Views
• Data Dictionary
• Ensure correct data exposure for UI screens, searches, and reports.

4. UI Screens & Functional Views

Configure and support PCC UI components, including:

• Search Screen & Search Results
• Customer Overview
• Person Profile
• Account / Customer Views
• Teams & Users
• Calendar & Important Views
• Recent Cases
• History Timeline and Filters

5. Caselist Configuration & Rules

• Configure and maintain:
• Caselist Page
• Caselist Views
• Caselist Sorting
• Load Next functionality
• Implement and validate:
• Caselist Rules
• Sensitive / View-Only Rules
• Ensure rules behave correctly post-upgrade with no data exposure risks.

6. Reporting & UI Styling

• Configure hyperlinks in Jasper reports.
• Perform CSS changes for widgets, including:
• Color changes
• UI alignment fixes
• Ensure UI changes are upgrade-safe and consistent across environments.

7. Testing & Validation

• Validate configurations in Dev, SIT, and higher environments as required.
• Support defect fixing related to configuration, rules, and UI.
• Ensure regression coverage for impacted PCC features.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst / PCC Analyst / Configuration Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with PCC Studio.
• Proven experience in:
• Solution imports
• Entity modeling
• Caselist configuration
• Rules implementation
• Strong understanding of PCC UI components and data views.
• Ability to work independently during upgrade cycles.

Good to Have

• Experience supporting PCC upgrades.
• Exposure to Jasper Reports.
• Basic understanding of CSS for UI customization.
