Hiring Location: Hyderabad only

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Technology Team, supporting major transformational change within Customer Servicing. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and optimising Salesforce-based servicing platforms to improve customer and colleague experiences.

Must Have Skills & Experience

Core Salesforce Expertise

Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Hands-on development experience in:

Apex & Apex Test Classes
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce Pages
Triggers
Flows
Custom Objects
Lightning Components
Email Templates
Customer & Partner Communities

Integration experience with:

External systems via APIs, REST, Web Services
Telephony integrations
On-premise and third-party applications

Experience with AppExchange applications
Experience performing Salesforce administration tasks:

User roles, profiles
Organisation-wide settings
Licence management

Strong knowledge of Salesforce licences and product capabilities
Ability to analyse existing code/configuration and identify architectural or design issues
Production support experience including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Experience working within Agile (SDLC) environments
Experience using:

Jira
Confluence
GitHub / Version control tools

Certifications

Holds current Salesforce certifications
Actively working toward additional Salesforce certifications

Integration & Ecosystem Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

Salesforce integrations
Telephony systems
NICE CX One
Zingtree

Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing evolving requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
Experience mentoring/coaching junior developers

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Agentforce features, feature licences, and Agentic AI
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tools such as:

Copado
Gearset
AutoRabbit
Flosum
AWS CodePipeline

Experience with:

MuleSoft
Tableau
AWS integrations

Active participation in the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Experience reviewing Salesforce release notes and presenting technical updates

Key Responsibilities

Clarify user stories prior to development
Develop new functionality and enhancements
Ensure solutions meet defined acceptance criteria
Support production issues within SLA
Liaise with Salesforce on technical/product matters
Collaborate with QA and Product Owner on refinement
Maintain clear documentation
Present technical updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
Mentor junior team members
Deputise for Lead Developer when required
Drive continuous optimisation of customer journeys
