We are looking for an experienced AI leader to head the AIOps team within our Intelligent Automation division. You will combine deep technical expertise in ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI with team leadership, driving research, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D in AIOps (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident correlation, root cause analysis).

• Explore and implement Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI for intelligent automation.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AIOps AI projects, ensuring business alignment.

• Mentor and manage a team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and data scientists.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Define AIOps strategy, roadmaps, and innovation milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred).

• 3+ years in AI, with at least 2 years in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI.

• Proven expertise in AIOps use cases (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident management).

• Strong proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).

• Experience with MLOps, Databricks, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Research or publications in AI/ML/Generative AI.

• Hands-on implementation of agentic AI in production.

• Exposure to IT operations, monitoring, and automation frameworks.

• Track record of driving innovation and IP creation.
