Senior Software Engineer - UX (IC3) Overview: Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of user interface and user experience solutions that support our enterprise ML platform, claims management systems, and data analytics workflows.

This role will focus on building intuitive, responsive web applications using React and JavaScript that seamlessly integrate with Spring Boot backend services to deliver exceptional user experiences across all organizational use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of responsive React or Angular-based web applications for ML platform management and claims processing workflows

• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for data scientist model development, deployment, and monitoring tools

• Build interactive dashboards and visualization components

• Create seamless user experiences for MLOps platform administration and configuration

• Integrate frontend applications with Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Implement user authentication and authorization flows with role-based access controls

• Create workflow management interfaces for claims routing, prioritization, and processing

• Build responsive interfaces for mobile and desktop platforms supporting field operations

• Implement real-time updates and notifications for system monitoring and ing

• Lead user research initiatives and usability testing to drive design decisions

• Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into functional components

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for UI/UX implementations

• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

• Create comprehensive documentation for UI components and integration patterns

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with focus on React, Angular and modern JavaScript

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS

• Experience integrating with Spring Boot applications and RESTful APIs

• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development

• Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn)

• Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

• Understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar)

• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for frontend application deployment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Experience with healthcare or enterprise software applications preferred

• Knowledge of design systems and component library development
