Development Chemist

Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Personal Care Product Chemist to develop and improve formulations for skincare, haircare, and body care products. You will work on new product concepts, ingredient research, and ensuring formulations meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine personal care product formulations.
• Conduct stability, performance, and sensory testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in personal care product formulation.
• Strong knowledge of formulation design, testing, and regulatory standards.

Pay: $35.00/hr
