Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on actionable items to keep momentum high.
  • Assist in the research and preparation of development proposals and grant applications.
  • Manage databases and tracking systems to ensure all project data is accurate and accessible.
  • Support the leadership team in administrative tasks related to business expansion and operational development.

Skills and Requirements

  • Project Coordination: Strong ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluency in English (written and verbal); professional Arabic proficiency is a highly valued asset.
  • Digital Literacy: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-Oriented: A natural eye for accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative support role.
